Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P STYLE="margin:4 0 4 0;"><SPAN>Camada de dados geográficos com o objetivo de a </SPAN><SPAN>epresentar os equipamentos de assistência social de Juiz de Fora, com informações relativas a cada equipamento, como nome e tipo</SPAN><SPAN>.</SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:4 0 4 0;"><SPAN>Para a elaboração da camada, foram sistematizados os dados relativos às informações contidas na base do Indicador de Desenvolvimento do IDCRAS (1). Dessa maneira, as informações do número de identificador, bem como o ID CRAS foram retirados dessa base, constituindo os atributos “NUM_IDENTIFICADOR” e “ID_CRAS” da camada final, consecutivamente.</SPAN></P><P STYLE="text-align:Justify;margin:0 0 16 0;"><SPAN>Para avaliar a capacidade de atendimento dos CRAS, o Ministério do Desenvolvimento Social propôs o Indicador de Desenvolvimento dos CRAS (IDCras), um índice sintético que considera diversas dimensões destes serviços como estrutura física, recursos humanos, serviços e benefícios. A ponderação dessas dimensões resulta no IDCras final, que varia de 1 a 5, sendo o índice 3 considerado o mínimo aceitável para operação do serviço (BRASIL, 2015). Atualmente todos os CRAS da cidade de Juiz de Fora apresentam IDCras superior a 3, mas há variações, que merecem ser analisadas em detalhes para cada RP. Para os equipamentos que não possuem ID_CRAS por não se adequarem a este tipo de avaliação, essa informação será deixada em branco. Para os demais, a informação contida no “N_IDENTIFICADOR” foi então correlacionada ao identificador contido no arquivo com as informações dos CRAS do Censo SUAS 2022 (2), sendo possível obter as demais informações referentes ao Nome, Logradouro, bairro e CEP de cada um dos CRAS levantados. Tendo isso em vista, foram criados na camada final os atributos “NOME”, “LOGRADOURO”, “BAIRRO” e “CEP”. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
