Camada de dados geográficos contendo o mapeamento de projetos aprovados (de regularização de edifícios, construção, entre outros) no período de 2008 a 2023.<\/SPAN><\/P>

Os dados foram mapeados a partir das informações de \u201cbairro\u201d e \u201cendereço\u201d apresentados em tabelas fornecidas pela Secretaria de Sustentabilidade em Meio Ambiente e Atividades Urbanas - SESMAUR, em 2024. Para tanto foi utilizada a ferramenta Google My Maps e a malha de logradouros da prefeitura.<\/SPAN><\/P>

Exceção: os processos referentes à aprovação de construções de 2008 a 2021 já estavam mapeados, e foram obtidos por meio do Sistema de Informações Gerenciais e de Planejamento - SIPLAN - MG em agosto de 2023.<\/SPAN><\/P>

Obs<\/SPAN>.:<\/SPAN>: para casos em que os endereços consistiam em ruas formadas por uma média de duas quadras sem número de edifício e para as situações em que os logradouros estavam localizadas dentro de condomínios fechados, foi selecionado um ponto médio aproximado para espacializar os processos. Para exemplificação, alsguns dos condomínios existentes são: Alphaville, Nova Gramado e São Lucas.<\/SPAN><\/P>

Vale observar que não foi possível identificar os posicionamentos dos processos listados <\/SPAN>abaixo <\/SPAN>e que <\/SPAN>444 projetos<\/SPAN>não foram especializados devido à carência de informações sobre seus respectivos endereços. <\/SPAN><\/P>
